Join us to celebrate Bird Week and to learn about what farms can do to conserve woodland birds!
Sustainable Farms (ANU) ecologist Dr Mason Crane will guide an early morning bird walk to look for birds, listen for different calls and identify them. Come along to learn about:
- what birds you might find on your farm
- how to increase bird diversity on farms
- the benefits of revegetation on farms.
We welcome anyone interested in birds, from beginners to the advanced.
Please bring a water bottle, binoculars (if you have them), hat, long pants and enclosed footwear. This will be an interactive morning finishing with a barbeque breakfast and a good chat.
