Sustaining farms through the drought

Printer-friendly version

Low rainfall and high temperatures have resulted in severe drought conditions across Australia in 2018. As conditions worsen, billions of dollars in aid is being distributed to farmers in critical need of relief.

Sustainable Farms is an ANU project using long-term ecological data to improve farming practices and improve drought resilience. In this video see how the research has helped farmers maintain healthy farms during the drought.
