This part-time role will be involved in the delivery of the Local Land Services NSW Landcare Program and the implementation of the NSW Local Landcare Coordinator Initiative.
 
The Landcare Program Officer will work with the Landcare Program Manager, Senior Administration Officer, regional and state Local Land Services staff, other agencies and local communities including Landcare to implement the final core actions of the project including:
  • Delivery of state-wide community of practice events
  • Development of the 2019 NSW Landcare and Local Land Services Conference
  • Delivery of a program wide evaluation and final report
  • Support a community of practice within the Regional Agriculture Landcare Facilitator group
  • Support the collection and review of reporting submitted by host organisations
  • Provide advice and services in relation to community group capacity building
  • Manage budgets and administration
